ELM
One dashboard behind every product and every device.
ELM is the management utility the whole ecosystem reports into. Devices are configured, updated and monitored from one place rather than one screen at a time, and the same console covers schedulers, signage, tags and sensors, so growing the deployment does not mean adding another tool to learn.
Integrating with Office 365 was seamless, thanks to their central utility, ELM. We managed to configure all our devices from a single laptop, without needing to physically access each screen.

truRooms Manager
The scheduler application, on whatever panel the building allows.
A platform-agnostic application rather than a locked appliance. It runs on our own truRooms Portal hardware, on commercial panels, or in a browser on a tablet already owned, which is what lets a rollout match the building instead of the other way round.

truRooms Calendar Add-On
Booking inside the calendar the organisation already runs.
An add-on opened from the calendar itself, in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Google Calendar. There is no separate portal to adopt, which is the single largest factor in whether a scheduling deployment is actually used.

ContentAI
One CMS behind every surface that shows content.
An HTML5 application that treats an old monitor, a smart TV, an interactive kiosk and an e-paper buffet tag as endpoints of the same pipeline. Templates carry up to 50 dynamic fields, so a property stays on brand without a designer in the loop.

Gateways
What the battery devices talk to.
E-paper tags and schedulers run on battery over BLE and reach the platform through a gateway rather than through cabling at each device. One gateway covers a floor, which is what removes the electrician from the deployment plan.

Presence wired into the scheduling logic.
Sensors that do not simply report: they act. Rooms booked but never occupied are released automatically, bookings are shortened or extended against what is actually happening, and a walk-in creates the ad-hoc slot itself, so the calendar reflects the building rather than the intention.
